BILLING POLICY
Consultations and procedures are privately billed and payment is required at the time of service.
Out-of-pocket fees will apply for consultations, except for the following patient groups (excluding Saturday appointments) who will continue to be bulk billed.
• Children 15 years and under and aged pension card holders (will be privately billed for the first visit then subsequently bulk billed.
• DVA card holders
• Chronic disease care plans, health assessments
• Government funded immunisations.
Saturdays – Patients eligible for bulkbilling during the week will be privately billed at a discounted rate.
Longer consultations will be charged at a higher fee, with a higher Medicare rebate available.
If you are experiencing financial hardship, please discuss this with your treating doctor.

Phone consultations are available if the following criteria are met:
• Has provided at least one face-to-face service to the patient in the 12 months preceding the telehealth attendance
• Children under the age of 12 months
• People who are homeless
Payment is expected to be paid after the consultation. Payable by credit card over the phone.
Workcover/TAC Claims:
A fee is applicable for WorkCover and TAC visits. This is payable on the day of consultation.

Failing to attend: a non-attendance fee of $33.00 will apply
Fees are payable at the time of the consultation – an administration fee of $10.00 will apply if account is not settled on the day. Payments can be made by EFTPOS, credit card and cash.
