Master of Physiotherapy

Richika has more than 10 years of experience in the field of Physiotherapy and has worked in both clinic and hospital settings. She has gained training and experience across a broad range of areas including Knee, hip and pelvic conditions, lumbar spine and complex cervical spine conditions.

Richika has an ever- expanding interest in the management of shoulder and knee related pain and pathologies, women health physiotherapy and treating post surgical conditions.

Richika uses exercise therapy as the heart of treatment along with hands on treatment applied to relieve pain and facilitate movement as required.

She is a skilled manual therapist that uses joint mobilisation, traction and contract relax techniques to ease joint stiffness, alleviate pain and promote muscle recovery.
