Telephone consultations are available at Diggers Rest Medical Centre.
Phone consultations will be privately billed. Payment is expected to be paid after the consultation with the exception of patients 15 years and under, aged pension card holders and DVA. Payable by credit card over the phone.
*Please note that you must have a valid Medicare card to book a phone consultation and you must have seen one of our doctors (face to face) in the past 12 months.

The process for phone appointments is:
- Book an appointment online at our website or Health Engine and choose (Telehealth) from the reason for visit or call our centres directly on 9012 7301 to book an appointment.
- Check that you have a valid Medicare card
- When it is time for your appointment, the Doctor will ring you directly on your mobile number.
- Once the appointment is completed, the Doctor will print any documents required eg: a script, referral, Medical certificate, Workcover certificate, TAC, Centrelink certificate etc. We can then send these to you via fax or e-mail, you can collect them from us or we’ll post them to you directly.
- Reception will call you for payment.
