Consultations for patients will be privately billed (with an out-of-pocket) fee).
The exemption to this will be:

Patients 15 year and under and aged pension card holders. If you are a new patient or have not attended the clinic in the past 12 months, the first visit will be privately billed, then subsequent visits will be bulk billed.
DVA Gold card holders to be billed to DVA.
Chronic Disease Care plans, health assessments and Government-funded immunisations

Appointment on Saturday – All patients will be privately billed when booking an appointment on a Saturday. Patients eligible for bulk billing will be charged a discounted rate.

Procedures will be privately billed (with an out-of-pocket) fee).

Non-Attendance Fee – $55.00 applies to patients who book and do not attend an appointment. To avoid this please reschedule beforehand by calling the clinic or changing your appointment online through HealthEngine at least 4 hours before your appointment.

If you are experiencing financial hardship, please discuss this with your treating doctor.

Accounts will need to be settled at the time of the consultation, otherwise an administration fee of $10.00 will apply.
